New Gateways enriches life for adults (26 years old and over)
with mild to severe multiple developmental disabilities by offering choices and community involvement. An average day
consists of socialization with peers, staff, and volunteers. New Gateways clients also have the opportunity to receive
prescribed occupational therapy. All clients are encouraged to make choices throughout the day. Everyone is given
a multitude of places to go in the community, accompanied by staff and volunteers. Parents, family members, volunteers,
friends, and case managers are encouraged to join in on our daily activities. New Gateways, Inc. is very fortunate and
very proud to have a supportive parent group. We welcome input from Parents' Council as well as group home staff, and
others associated with our New Gateways clients.
